Whānau Ora Nursing

 

Ki A Ora Ngātiwai provides comprehensive community health and primary nursing care to all age groups. The service is led by a competent team of mobile nursing staff supported by a clinical manager, nurse practitioner and Kaupapa Māori Medical Officer. Community Health Kaiarahi are also available to assist with other concerns. Clinics can be accessed by appointment only at:

    Ki A Ora Ngātiwai Office, 420 Kamo Road, Whangarei
    Monday - Friday, 9am to 4:00pm

  • Bream Bay Clinic
    Bream Bay Community Support Trust, 9 Takutai Place, Ruakaka
    Wednesdays, 10am to 12pm

  • Tuparehuia Clinic
    First Aid Post, Whangaruru North Road, Tuparehuia
    Alternative Thursdays, 10:40am to 12pm

  • Pātaua South Clinic
    Boat Ramp, Pātaua South
    Alternative Fridays, 10.20am to 12pm

  • Ōakura Clinic
    First Aid Post, Ōakura Hall

Breast Screening and Cervical Screening

 

Ki A Ora Ngātiwai can support women in having cervical screening or breast screening. Cervical screening is undertaken either in a women's home or at a Ki A Ora Ngātiwai clinic. 

Your GP can refer you to our services.
